Looking for a diversified scope of administrative/marketing duties supporting Jockey’s expanding International division? The International Intern will provide support to the international team on a variety of projects and tasks that support Jockey’s global brand initiatives. This includes providing administrative support to our corporate International team, as well as assisting with graphic design, photo shoot prep, and social media tasks. This role is located in our corporate office in Kenosha, WI (near Chicago, IL and the Greater Milwaukee, WI area).

Assist with preparing presentation materials for international and regional meetings.
Provide photo shoot preparation and graphic design projects as needed; oversee organization of the photo shoot library and product archives.
Provide assistance in proofing artwork submissions, including packaging and marketing materials.
Assist with archiving and filing graphic materials and oversee the Images section on the International photo portal/etc.
Assist with updating International landing page and brand site with new content as needed.
Conduct regular reviews of international websites and social media; aid in gathering/creating content for social media posts.
Provide support with maintenance and troubleshooting related to the licensee file management system.
Support the International Division with administrative tasks such as: expense reports, visas, booking travel, department scheduling, maintaining/publishing updates to the international directory, maintaining holiday calendar for licensees, assisting with international consumer inquiries, coordinating mail and shipments for the department, etc.
Current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Brand Management, or related field.
Proficient in MS-Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
Professional poise and comfort level working with leaders at all levels within the organization.
Ability to work 15-20 hours per week during Spring 2019 school semester, with probable continuation of internship during summer 2019 and subsequent semesters. (Work schedules are flexible to assist with student class schedules.) No relocation or housing assistance available for this position.
