The Role:

The Live Nation – West Palm Beach Sponsorship & Premium Seat Sales Department is in search of a highly motivated, organized and most importantly, enthusiastic individual who is interested in learning what it’s like to work within the very heart of the entertainment industry!

As an intern, you will learn about various aspects of sponsorship and premium seating for the Coral Sky Amphitheatre venue in West Palm Beach, FL.

This internship will include exposure to:

  • Understand Sales Staff duties and responsibilities (including Show days)

  • How to fulfill Sponsorship & Premium Seat Sales agreements

  • How to implement Sponsor promotions

  • How to coordinate ticket orders & tracking

  • How to manage the conjunction with marketing to compile media packages

  • How to recruit new Sponsorship & Premium Seat clients

  • How to track Sponsor and venue media coverage

  • How to recap client investments

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to receive academic credit from their college or university prior to starting assignment

  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master’s program at an accredited college or university with Junior or Senior standing

  • Pursuing a degree in Music Industry, Marketing, Entertainment/Sales or related field is preferred

  • Reliable transportation

  • Eager to learn and be proactive with new tasks

  • The ability to conduct yourself in a professional matter at all times

  • Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays may be required

This is a great internship opportunity in the Entertainment field. We are currently searching for a qualified individual to fill this internship position for the Summer Semester. The student will work at our Live Nation office at our Coral Sky Amphitheatre located in West Palm Beach, FL.

This internship is for college credit only and runs from May/June to August/September. This is a non-paid internship with flexible hours (minimum 8 hours per week) to reflect the need of your college credit requirements. Nights or weekends may be required. Reliable transportation is a must. Interns must receive academic credit from their college or university.
