SoftwareONE is inviting a professional and versatile individual to join us as a Corporate Recruiter. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and referring candidates for open positions. The Corporate Recruiter will act as a liaison with area employment agencies, temporary agencies and Universities. The Corporate Recruiter will partner with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the company and to deliver talent in the organization. This position will play a critical role in ensuring SoftwareONE is hiring the best talent.
Confer with hiring manager to identify needs, specifications, duties, qualifications, and skills.
Develop recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.
Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position.
Screen and refer candidates for additional interviews with others in organization.
Write and post job advertising in various social media sites.
Coordinate participation in career fair.
Develop and maintain contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants.
Work with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates.
Utilize online recruiting sources such as LinkedIn or others to identify and recruit candidates.
Provide information on company and job opportunities to potential applicants.
Arrange travel and lodging for out-of-town applicants.
Perform reference checks on applicants.
Coordinate communications with applicants.
File and maintain employment records for future references.
Coordinate and manage internship program.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
2-4 years of recruiting and staffing experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and team-based project experience
Clear understanding of the recruitment lifecycle processes
Strong vendor manager skills related to recruitment activities such as search firms and job boards
Superior oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
