An internship opportunity is available with our Communications Department to assist with managing our member communication initiatives.
Assist with development, preparation, and production of content for ABA Banking Journal, ABA Daily Newsbytes and other email bulletins.
Copy edit and proofread article submissions to ensure that content is clear and readable in a digital format.
Use WordPress platform to upload and publish content as needed.
Support senior copywriter by assisting with the conception, drafting and editing of marketing collateral.
Ability to be flexible while working within a fast paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Experience working with various social media platforms in a professional context is desirable
Excellent customer service skills
Junior/senior standing or Graduate student with a degree focus in Business, Communications or Marketing.
Minimum 3.0 GPA
June 2019 – August 2019
Pay rate is $20.00/hour
Full-time; 37.5 hours per week
