This role will be an integral part of Navigant's global recruiting team and will serve as a critical enabler of the Company’s on-going organic growth strategy. As such, this individual will be a member of a highly capable, highly engaged recruiting team. The team works directly with business managers, practice leaders and the broader Human Capital group to support the practice hiring managers with their executive talent management needs
The Campus Recruiter is responsible for supporting all aspects of the intern and entry-level hiring process. In addition to hiring strategy and execution, this person will also be a key contributor to the success of the firm's summer intern and leadership programs.
Design, manage and actively execute programs and activities to support the campus recruiting strategies for all practices
Will partner with key stakeholders and other assigned team members to determine and communicate campus recruitment strategy, including school selection, pipeline programs, candidate care, etc.
Manage and support strategic outreach to and partnership with targeted programs and schools, including relationships with professors, deans, and career counselors
Evaluate and measure campus recruiting results and identify areas for process and performance improvement
Internship and other early identification program development and execution
Leverage new employment branding to build awareness and engagement and use social media to engage with prospective candidates.
Utilization of recruitment systems in accordance with firm standards to track and measure the process
Partner in building diversity and military recruiting strategy
Compliance with OFCCP regulations for federal/state requirements as they relate to hiring practices
Engage students through job fairs, class information sessions, case studies, campus organizations, etc.
Develop annual Fall and Spring recruiting and outreach schedules, ensuring appropriate corporate & technical representation at all functions
Organize and oversee the candidate process from initial outreach through hiring and onboarding
Help design and redevelop existing Internship program
Demonstrated ability to build successful working relationships with internal leaders to develop strategic plans and achieve goals for each assigned school. Keep them informed and appropriately involve them in recruiting activities.
5+ years of campus recruitment experience in a professional services environment.
Ability to work effectively, collaborate and influence across a multi-location organization and continue to build strong relationships at all levels.
Ability to work autonomously and exhibit a professional demeanor to internal and external clients is required and manage/prioritize multiple requests from different sources.
Solid written and verbal communication skills (public speaking and presentations), organizational and time management skills; strong attention to detail
Prior experience working with applicant tracking and other recruitment systems including report generation. Knowledgeable of federal and state(s) employment laws and regulations
Knowledge of how to keep abreast of internal and competitive market conditions
Established experience building new marketing collateral in support of the organization’s campus recruiting needs
Ability to travel as needed
Proficient use of Microsoft Office required; proficiency with Avature a plus
Proficient with using social media for candidate outreach
Bachelor's degree required
Communicate frequently with co-workers as well as with managers to discern their needs, and be able to express themselves
Work as a member of a team as well as be a self-motivator with ability to work independently
Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment to coordinate work
Usually remains stationary for the majority of the day
Frequently communicates with clients and coworkers and must be able to share information effectively
Generally works in an office environment
