With 20 Labs in 17 countries, The SAP Labs Network (SLN) drives thought leadership globally and in local ecosystems, allowing SAP to innovate, grow, and succeed.

The student will be responsible for supporting Labs worldwide with their internal and external communications and strengthening the brand of SLN. The winning candidate must have a depth of experience in communications and a passion for connecting people with information in new and creative ways.


The student will work in the global operations team of SAP Labs Network, supporting the team on various communications and operations projects.

The responsibilities will be the following:

  • Support SAP Labs globally in creating quality content and finding the best distribution channels to reach the desired audience

  • Enable best practice sharing between communications experts in different locations

  • Ensure SAP Labs Network presence and visibility on and brand social media

  • Compile and deliver management reports

  • Provide administrative support for SLN as necessary: organizational memberships, leadership meeting coordination/note taking, etc.

  • Other communication/administration duties/projects as assigned


  • Currently enrolled as Student at a university or a university of applied sciences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or equivalent

  • Fluency in both spoken and written English

  • Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills

  • Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign skills are an advantage

  • Experience in cross-cultural projects

  • Ability to work in team, interact and influence others and welcome feedback and suggestions

  • Organized, detail-oriented working style

  • Ability to manage time effectively with top-notch prioritization skills
