PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The SAP Knowledge team works on providing the best end-to-end knowledge experience for continuous learning and innovation. Based on innovative Learning Technologies like the leading cloud learning platforms openSAP and SAP Learning Hub, we offer a highly resourceful learning landscape. We build state-of-the-art training content to enable IT professionals, developers, end-users, entrepreneurs and decisions makers. Furthermore, the Learning Experience & Design team is driving towards a user-centric digital, lifelong learning experiences for SAP customers, partners and users. This requires the need to
design and prototype innovative learning
research and drive the implementation of new trends and innovations in learning
improve existing learning experiences
With these programs we want to inspire the SAP customers to innovate and to set them up for a successful digital future.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We are designing a new learning format for SAP experts that allows them to recap specific video knowledge nuggets on demand and in a gamified environment. You will be responsible to digitalize existing learning content by creating small learning video snippets. Based on our learning design guidelines, you will create the videos on your own – collaborating with learning designers, media production specialists, content experts, and project leads. You will get a deeper insight in the way how digital learning production and delivery projects are planned and executed. Do you have basic experience in designing and creating learning videos? Are you interested in SAP solution and product content and how it is enabled? Is your working style flexible, proactive, and collaborative? Then you are the right person for us!
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Currently enrolled Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: media design, business management, pedagogy
Computer skills: video and multimedia authoring tools (such as TechSmith Camtasia, Adobe Create Suite, others)
Language skills: English (fluent), German
Soft skills: teamwork, quality focus, results driven
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
