PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

COO F&A Order to Cash (O2C) is part of the Chief Operating Office (COO) within the Board Area Finance & Administration (F&A).

The COO F&A O2C team is accountable for the integrity of the O2C process as well as innovative process improvements. It manages the entire process lifecycle to ensure operational excellence according to SAP’s strategic goals. Furthermore, it is in charge to excel process execution and efficiency by providing standardized business process methods, services and tools which support process excellence, and continuous process improvement.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Create a complete newly designed “Team Corporate Identity”

  • Complete Re-Design of team appearance in SAP Portal / SAP Jam

  • Create (write and design) new team communication structure (newsletter, success stories etc.)

  • Create visually appealing content with focus on design and clarity

  • Create (write and design) content and publish content on various social media and collaboration platforms

  • Support asset production (videos, blogs, etc.) for marketing, communication, team representation etc.

  • Always look for new trends in areas of marketing and communications and find ways of applying those

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Our continued growth is dependent upon talented people with a variety of skills, knowledge and backgrounds. We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Currently enrolled Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences – Business and Information Technology

  • Preferred fields of study: International Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design

  • Computer skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (especially PowerPoint), knowledge in SAP Jam is a plus

  • Language skills: Fluent in English, German will be considered a plus

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Soft skills: Results driven – ability to complete a deliverable in time, ability to take initiative, very high level of commitment, reliability and attention to detail
