PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Platform Solution and Enablement team is striving to provide all Enterprise Analytics employees with fundamental enablement and onboarding materials to ensure a broad understanding of the Enterprise Analytics contents. In doing so, we aim to guarantee more consistency throughout the organization, a detailed and up to date documentation of content and to advance the quality of our work. We are therefore looking for someone to support us in this task.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Support the Platform and Solution Enablement team with daily work, focusing on communication, enablement and onboarding activities

  • Create onboarding packages (introductory documents, e-learnings, etc., knowledge sharing sessions)

  • Dive into, understand and be able to communicate IT content in an easy-to-understand manner

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student at university of applied sciences

  • Preferred field(s): Computer Science, Business Information Technologies, Communications or anything similar

  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Social Media (preferably graphic design), experience with SQL

  • Language skills: Very good command of spoken and written English

  • Soft skills: Excellent team working and communication skills

  • Open-minded personality and a solution based approach to problem solving

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take on additional responsibilities and challenges

  • Experience in the area of enablement and communications

  • Experience in the area of SQL and query languages

As a working student, you should be available for 15-20 hours per week and preferably for 1 year or longer. You will be a fully integrated team member, and work independently on your projects. Interns are welcome as well. We look forward to receiving your application!
