PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Strategy & Product Management teams are driving and supporting various enablement and roll out activities on SAP Cloud Platform related topics for customers, partners and SAP colleagues.

The S&PM Enablement Team and the Operations team within the Strategy & Product Management are responsible for facilitating the communication of activities, offerings, achievements inside SAP as well as supporting enablement sessions and product feedback activities with SAP customers and partners.

We are looking for a Working Student to support our Enablement and our Operations team in Walldorf approximately 16 hours per week.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Depending on the skills and interests the tasks will include one or more of the following:

  • Editing of internal and external web pages

  • Newsletter template & content creation (html & MS Outlook)

  • Media production skills to support voice overs, script writing, video editing/compilation, and audio & visual effects

  • Writing skills & good German & English e.g. to support Blueprint review/edits

  • Planning and coordination of internal and external meetings (virtual and on-site), including logistical support

  • Preparation of content/analyses with MS Excel or SAP Lumira

  • Allrounder for Operations (z.B. Wiki, Jam, …) and general administrative tasks & support

  • Helping with continuing improvement of the team's tools, templates and practices

  • Teamplayer

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student of a university or a university of applied sciences

  • Computer skills: Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); HTML helpful but not a must

  • Language skills: Advanced German & English is a must

  • Soft skills: Self-driven and highly-motivated, able to work independently and organize own workload & as well as being a Teamplayer

  • Others: Reliable Allrounder
