Our international team of authors and translators creates innovative user assistance for SAP S/4HANA Cloud. This includes user interface texts, help for apps, user guides, how-to videos, and social media blog posts. We enjoy using the latest developments to innovate and push the boundaries of user assistance, and we are

excited to see what new techniques and approaches you will bring to the team. During this internship, you will have the opportunity to attend internal training courses to learn the skills you need.


  • Create (interactive) graphics

  • Create how-to and promotional videos

  • Support authors in creating graphics and videos


You are a currently enrolled student of media management, graphic/visual design, communication, video production/animation, journalism, media informatics, or a related area. You also have an interest in creating multi-media materials and in software.

Required skills:

  • Good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Basic knowledge of graphics/video production/video editing processes and software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia)

Preferred skills:

  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a diverse global team.


Previous work experience is not required.
