Position Summary

Our Online CRM team is in need of an energetic, communicative person to help them with new projects and challenges.

The Online CRM team deals with stuff like managing marketing materials for the online channels and organizing online promotions and competitions. Sounds like fun? Come join us!

As an intern you will be coordinating and improving loyalty program Samsung Members, supporting the team with financial issues and managing promotions and competitions.

4-5th year students

with good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Role and Responsibilities

  1. [Setting content improvement direction] Support in the creation of the content guideline optimized for the online channel delivery of product characteristics.

  2. [Supporting business partners] Check to see if the quality of the new product and existing product contents on the business partner's website meets the company's contents quality standards.

  3. [Content production] Assist in the production of new contents that considers the e-commerce environment and product characteristics.

  4. [Social media management] Assist in the promotion of consumer engagement by identifying and utilizing premium contents and consumer-connected contents to diversify and systemize social media contents.

  5. [Demand creation] Assist in the marketing activities to optimize marketing for each of the phase in the consumer buying cycle and marketing activities by the level of sales revenue contribution.
