As a result we are looking for experienced campus recruiter to support this evolution and creating a new organization structure with strong connectivity regionally, globally and by product.   • A strong desire is required to review and evaluate existing processes and programs

  • The campus recruitment team is responsible for managing end-to-end process for early career talent programs recruitment and program management. The team also looks after Citi’s campus engagement strategy and maintaining university relationships so as to retain and defend Citi’s positioning as a Top Employer of Choice. This role will look after Investment Banking and Markets and Securities Services division in Hong Kong, support the team various campus engagement initiatives and involve in regional project initiatives such as global system enhancement, university relation strategies and campus marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Program Management:

  • Provide guidance and support on recruitment events and target universities

  • Support the recruitment selection process (including screening, selection, organizing interviews, case studies, etc.)

  • Responsible for facilitating program rotations, performance management, end-rotation-presentations, etc.

  • Provide general career guidance and counseling

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including, but not limited to, on-boarding, rotation management, cross-border transfers, and recruitment and exit process administration

  • Maintain up-to-date records of the Talent database

  • Provide support in HR-related matters such as, Comp planning, Talent, Benefits, and retention strategy

Citi Internship Program:

  • Responsible for overseeing the Internship program end-to-end, including the recruitment strategy, program marketing, selection and interview process, facilitating placements with the line, on-boarding, induction, performance management, etc.

  • Provide general career guidance and counseling

  • Enhance the program offering to ensure a comprehensive internship experience

  • Evaluate existing internship programs and their alignment to business needs

Employer Branding Initiatives:

  • Assist the team in the development and implementation of Citi’s campus engagement strategy

  • Execute the engagement and recruitment activities by liaising with partners including the universities and other industry associations

  • Other logistics and administrative duties



  • Degree holder is preferred

  • Good written, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good ability to manage different stakeholders

  • Meticulous with an eye for detail as will be working with a lot of data and different timelines

  • Good ability to multitask

  • Proactive and engaged learner in a fast changing environment

  • At least 5 years relevant experience
