Fresh are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking & passionate candidate to join the Fresh digital team in a newly created role of Customer relations Intern for a one year internship. The ideal candidate must be career focused, have a high attention to detail and be an outstanding member of the team. This person will be the first point of contact for all customer queries for Fresh UK, and provide accurate & timely responses to customers via email, telephone or through social media.

Main responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Answer ecommerce customer services inquiries daily following Fresh standards.

  • Manage returns and refunds in an efficient and timely manner.

  • Maintain customer services trackers and relevant reports.

  • Formalising customer responses and building a step by step reference guide.

  • Support with the Fresh UK family with on and offline activities when appropriate.

  • keeping customer service trackers, formalising the responses, building a step by step reference guide, producing the daily digital reports, and supporting the Digital team on all other digital & CRM activities.
