As a Junior Corporate Recruiter you are responsible for :

Daily tasks

  • development and maintenance of an active talent pool

  • expanding a personal network in the sector

  • sourcing candidates (by performing targeted searches)

  • screening the candidates (from resume screening, taking tests on personality and reasoning ability to first telephone screening)

  • scheduling and conducting video and face to face interviews

  • maintaining the ATS system

  • preparation of reports after phone screening and interview

  • preparing and participating in job events

  • participating in projects within recruitment and selection (social media, internal mobility, etc.)

  • collaborate with your fellow recruiters

In order to be effective in your new role we provide you with all the necessary tools such as

LinkedIn Recruiter Seat and access to various apps and databases, backed up with the

experience, expertise of your Senior colleagues and the knowledge sharing within our

organization.

You will become part of a fun, easy-going and diverse team.

Your profile

  • You have experience in recruitment and selection through one long or several short term

  • internships/student jobs in a corporate recruitment department and/or recruitment/selection

  • agency or you have been working 1-2 years in a recruitment role.

  • You have a master degree in psychology, communication sciences, commercial sciences, law,…

  • You are communicative and social with the ability to build and maintain a network of professionals

  • You are a quick learner, able and eager to develop your recruitment skills in short notice

  • You are a good organizer

  • You have experience in using social media

  • You think out of the box and you are aware of the latest trends in the recruitment field

  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French and English
