Job id :e94d0619-4370-4e0d-901f-8d7131c422b2 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support employment branding efforts by developing and updating content for Social Media platforms, company pages (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), and company career website. Assist with building a library of TA marketing materials which may include direct mail, email campaigns, or other to market open job opportunities. Build a social media posting schedule and fill social medial channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Glassdoor feeds with visually appealing and engaging content. Develop content calendars on a weekly basis and post content. Monitor comments and track posting activity. Track cost/benefit analysis for job posts. Ensure the necessary approvals are established before posting. Perform comprehensive research on hiring activity, candidate sourcing. Identify trends and provide supplemental analysis on findings. Assist with research/competitive analysis. Assist with scheduling interviews for other Talent Acquisition team members and other administrative tasks. Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to execute projects. Provide new and innovative ideas to attract potential employees. Other duties and projects as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated interest in human resources, recruiting, digital media, marketing and content creation for social media/web branding Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, ideally from a brand perspective Creative ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability prioritize demands and meet deadlines Problem solving and analytical skills Strong organizational and planning skills Ability to work independently or within a team, handle multiple assignments and adhere to deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet navigation EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School diploma required and currently enrolled in a related degree program from an accredited college or university or has graduated within one year of Internship start date. Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 LANGUAGE SKILLS Able to communicate effectively, in English, with personnel at all levels of the organization, with residents and their friends and family, and with members of the community.
