What can I expect from the UX/UI Designer role?
As a UX/UI Designer on one of our awesome teams, you will be fully submerged in creating products that help us run the bank! You will get to generate new ideas and ways of approaching business, technical and UX problems. Along with the development team, you will get to plot user journeys, and create the designs. Our customers are one of our most important assets, so it is essential that the products we deploy reflect their needs and provide a seamless user journey. We work in an agile environment, which means you will get to help prep for user feedback sessions, and ensure that this feedback is taken into consideration when updating the product design.
You are an undergraduate or masters student that gets excited by understanding user journeys. You have a passion for innovation and spend your free time building apps, problem solving and tinkering with new technologies. You thrive in a fast paced ever changing environment and need to be a part of something BIG. You love to learn and envision yourself working for an international organization that heavily invests in your future.
Throughout your degree in Digital Media, Psychology, Digital Arts, Computer Science, or Engineering, you have acquired basic knowledge in Html5, Angular JS, and XML. You are creative and familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools like Sketch or Axure. You love being involved in extracurricular activities such as hackathons or design competitions. You consider yourself an influencer that can translate business objectives and user needs into viable customer experiences. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done!
