Manage all relationships with pre-employment vendors; assessment vendors; database and job board vendors
Develop all recruitment strategies across multiple business units to include 11 lines of business, with operations globally
Develop and manage the Affirmative Action Program to maintain EEOC compliance in conjunction with Federal Contracts that IDEAL INDUSTRIES INC maintains
Build and develop Campus & College Recruiting strategies, and management of the Internship Programs (Engineering, Sales/Marketing, Finance & HR)
Admin for Applicant Tracking System – iCIMS, and work as Administrator for the platform across all business units globally
Manage recruitment budget, while improving efficiency and quality of hire
Create and develop recruitment brand strategy campaigns, college recruitment marketing materials, targeted marketing campaigns, and various employment branding initiatives
Manage trait and competency based hiring initiatives
Own the candidate calibration/post-interview debrief meetings and decision making processes
Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for partnering with hiring managers & human resources generalists to develop and execute recruiting strategies
Full life-cycle recruitment, including preparing job postings, sourcing & screening candidates, scheduling interviews, managing the candidate experience, negotiating offers and coordinating on-boarding processes
Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system, develop talent analytics/reports manage various talent acquisition related projects
7-10 years of experience in Recruiting and Research/Sourcing. Project management experience a plus.
Ability to quickly learn technical and business concepts and to express them clearly.
High level of proficiency with job boards and social media sourcing.
Previous experience in campus recruiting.
Excellent written and verbal communication and selling skills.
Excellent phone presence.
Ability to be self-directed and motivated to keep searches moving to completion.
