Overseeing, designing and executing the university recruitment strategy, which includes Internship program, placement student programs
Provide insights to senior leaders on the optimal level of campus hiring target, and formulate the action plans to achieve the target
As part of the GCR University Recruitment team, participate and support the campus hiring related activities
Manage flawless execution of the sourcing, from leveraging digital media and traditional channels to boost our messages, to designing and executing Insight Days, to attracting great talents, to assessment and offer.
Manage the in-house Staffing Systems to drive the process from end to end, including interview scheduling, data entry, maintaining applicantsâ€™ data for tracking, conducting appropriate data analysis to drive action items for bigger impact, and working with internal and external channels to execute campus hire / onboarding related events and activities.

Bachelor degree or above
Passionate in enabling the youth community and landing the new Microsoft image at the youth community
Working experience in HR, PR, Marketing, new media, program management, and in an multi-national corporation environment will be a plus;
Strong growth mindset and the ability to innovate and think out of the box
Experience on leveraging digital marketing channel to amplify corporate messages
Good oral and written skill in + Mandarin; Presentable, good at communication and public speaking;
The ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure, be independent to work remotely and report to team and direct managers timely;
Good stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior management decision makers
