PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
According to our mission “We enable the world to innovate”, the SAP Knowledge and Education team is responsible for user assistance content and services as part of SAP products, along with product learning offerings, SAP Enable Now and SAP Live Class, a new generation of knowledge transfer for the workforce. We also cover global education delivery and education consulting, as well as the leading cloud learning services openSAP and SAP Learning Hub for SAP professionals, end users, and other external communities.
Within SAP Knowledge and Education, the Digital Learning Center of Excellence (DLCoE) provides expert support and services focusing on solution- and product-enablement activities such as webinars, eLearning and media creation as well as video production. The DLCoE Management Office centrally coordinates and provides team communication, reporting activities and strategic projects for the whole team.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
For our Management Office we are looking for an open-minded, proactive working student that learns quickly and adapts easily to new tasks. Your responsibility within the management office team will span from drafting communication materials, to creating reports and analysis, as well as providing support for our project management. Furthermore, you may have the opportunity to support strategic projects and learning programs.
E DUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
Computer skills: good knowledge of MS Office; ability and willingness to learn and work with new tools and applications (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, MS Access, Excel formulas)
Language skills: excellent communication skills in English and German (written and verbal)
Soft skills: attention to detail, self-dependency, ability to work in a team, reliability, ability to work in a team, advanced general communication skills including presentation and elaboration
Others: ability to organize and structure your work, time management, ability and willingness to work in an international and virtual environment

Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
