We’re seeking a Marketing Operations intern to join our global marketing team based in our Davis Square location. Working primarily with the US demand generation team, you’ll support all activities designed to generate demand for Mirakl’s business. The team is focused on running dynamic events and progressive account-based marketing programs. This internship will give you experience building your skill set across digital marketing, market research, marketing operations, and sales operations in B2B software.
We are seeking an individual who’s currently pursuing a degree in marketing or related field, and excited to build their experience in technology marketing. This position requires a curious and dynamic individual with the ability to flourish in a fast paced environment.
Internship will be from April-August 2018, part-time initially and full-time June-August.
Daily administration and support of the marketing team including, but not limited to, managing researching and execution of account-based marketing programs in partnership with sales
Create and monitor email automations, associated reporting, and targeted customer/user segmentation
Support the product marketing teams need for market research and synthesizing to build materials for the sales team
Create and maintain customized reports and dashboards in salesforce and in response to business user requests/questions.
Support the PR + social media + brand strategy across Mirakl.
Previous experience with CRMs like Salesforce is a plus but not required
Previous experience with marketing automation systems like HubSpot or Eloqua is a plus but not required
Ability to work and be successful both independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on execution to ensure quality of deliverables
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
