The InternshipWe are looking for a dynamic, high performing Project Management Intern with experience in coordinating digital project activities, print collateral projects or events. The ideal candidate has a passion for behavior change, a history of attention to detail, and is capable of working across multiple projects at the same time and managing their time accordingly to complete all activities on time. The Project Management Intern support the Project Management and Operations team in managing projects or tasks across multiple brands/clients. Interns can assist Project Managers in developing the communication of relevant project information to the team (e.g. meeting agenda, meeting notes), entering/updating task in Teamwork (team collaboration tool) and various data entry tasks. Day-To-Day Activities:Reviews current projects and archives old projects, updates user data, adds project job codes, etc.;Work with Project Managers to update teamwork timelines, hours and assignments;Work with Department Lead to develop process documentation (Teamwork onboarding process, project initiation, etc.);Document activities of the project team such as; meeting notes, agendas, etc. Required Qualifications:High school diploma/GED;Familiarity of one or more of the following: web development, digital marketing, print collateral;Familiarity of project management methodology;Must be able to handle multiple, diverse tasks simultaneously;Good verbal and written communication skills;Good organizational and time management skills;Team player; ability to assist with facilitating teams and clients. This is a part-time paid or unpaid internship opportunity. We expect that interns will work about 10 andndash; 20 hours per week depending on their availability. All internship opportunities are paid, though we are happy to work with you and your educational institution to provide the internship experience for college credit. If your school will not allow a paid internship, we will work with your school to offer the opportunity as unpaid for college credit.
