The University Relations (UR) Team within the Talent Acquisition (TA) is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell and recruiting interns and recent graduates to the company. We take into account complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners.

North America UR team, with team members across the US including: California, Texas, Massachusetts, Wisconsin, Oklahoma and Ohio, is excited to add a UR Program Manager to the team! The PM will support the Engineering organizations with their UR hiring demand plan and strategy. The PM is responsible for aligning with each business unit on campus strategy, diversity strategy, management of core schools and cross-functional events, assisting with the summer internship program, social media campaigns and understanding the UR compensation and offer process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partners with the Business Unit (BU) to build a UR campus recruiting strategy by providing recommendations on schools, diversity and campus events.

  • Maintains regular touch point meetings with BU Champions (and other stakeholders as needed) to ensure demand plan fulfillment.

  • Partners with UR Coordinator on all campus logistics and interview scheduling.

  • Works with the Candidate Care Team on delivery of offers by providing guidance on job codes, grades levels, locations and compensation.

  • Partners with Intern Program PM by attending and engaging in summer activities.

  • Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience, 8 or more years preferred.

  • Phenomenal organization skills in order to track detailed information on requisitions, offers, candidates and events.

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to work with senior leaders and drive meetings with the business.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations and/or Human Resources or equivalent professional experience.

  • Some travel required based on campus events.

  • Opportunity to work from home with ability to attend events at the local Dell office.
