Assist with Product Development
Join the cross functional team to provide overall assistance in delivering global toy line (assist in the development of various documentation for: Gate reviews, Line Review, Name Clearances, and Habsro Data Management; attend key product development meetings such as Topline & team meetings to gain an understanding of the process; lead ad hoc product development projects)
Lead Research Initiatives
Complete a creative thinking project with presentation to team at end of internship
Lead Competitive Research
Evaluate new marketing initiatives from key competitors in small doll aisle/fashion doll and collectibles including new product introductions, product promotions, social media, website design/games, etc. to help inform new trends.
Analyze global consumer data on a monthly basis for key competitors in the small doll/fashion doll and collectibles to provide key insights to the Global Brand Team.
Education and Experience
Enrolled in undergrad program in very good standing. Marketing degree preferred. May 2018 graduates will not be considered for Hasbro's intern program.
Required software includes Powerpoint, Excel and Word
Analytical Skills, ability to collect, track and report on data
Creative Thinking, Presentation Skills, Building Relationships
Interest in small doll, fashion categories
Interviews will be offered in April. Internships begin June 1 - mid August
