Based in Park City, UT, Triumph employs approximately 210 personnel. Our design engineering group can specify and design any gear application, from simple build-to-print work to collaboratively engineer, highly specialized applications.
As an entry level Human Resources Generalist, you will support the team and the organization in a variety of activities. This is a great opportunity for a new or recent graduate to contribute to the success of an organization in a fast-paced, professional working environment.
Actively engage in the hourly recruitment efforts including job postings, resume sourcing, prescreening and interviews.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires and conduct new hire orientations.
Assist with implementing integrated HR plans to support business strategy.
Respond to inquiries from employees and business partners regarding HR policies, regulations and procedures.
Participate in the recruitment of summer interns and manage the intern process.
Assist with the Benefits Annual Open Enrollment process.
Maintain HR data and perform special projects and other duties as required
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or closely related discipline.
1 to 2 years of prior related HR experience preferred; prior HR internship experience will be considered.
Demonstrate confidentiality, flexibility and proven customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
Be tech savvy and have proficiency using MS Office applications, database management and social media.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel domestically.
