Campbell Ewald has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Media Planner to join our Media Services team in our New York, NY office.
This position will assist the planning team with the following:
Strategic development and tactical execution of traditional and digital/interactive media solutions
Target audience development
Development of opportunistic Media points-of-view
Production and maintenance of budget reports
Planning and buying of TV/iTV/VOD, Radio/Audio, Online, Mobile, Print and Out-of-Home media
The Assistant Media Planner will assume lead responsibility in the following areas:
Analyze and optimize online media buys
Coordinate efforts of media buyers and estimators contracting with vendors
Produce and maintain competitive media spending reports
Provide client with media schedules
will be working across both General Market and Hispanic media plans
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study is required, preferably advertising or marketing communications. Some relevant experience and/or Media focused internship(s) is also preferred.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic and exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills. Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Prior agency experience, knowledge of syndicated audience research, and online computer systems/tools is a plus.
