Our brand is seeking a Sales Coordinator who can help organize and back-up sales activities. The Sales Coordinator will report directly to the Sales Operations Manager and work with the sales team. The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the execution of sales activities, and serve as back-up to the Sales Team and management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as back-up to our Sales Team during their travel time

  • Responsible for print & digital production coordination, inventory support, special shipments, insertion orders support

  • Collaborate with Sales Team/Billing Analyst on client billing/invoicing issues and digital impressions reconciliation requests

  • Act as a liaison between support teams and sales reps with RFP’s

  • Coordinate with the Audience Development team to provide updated audience data as needed to Sales Team

  • Support Sales Operations Manager and National Sales Manager as needed

  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to Sales Operations Manager

  • Coordinate with Digital Reporting Analyst to provide reports/metrics and benchmark data as needed

  • Collaborate within sales team on client meetings, updating data in SalesForce

  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

  • Maintain professional relationships with clients when needed

  • Assist in the preparation of promotional materials for events, conferences and client meetings

  • Update sales opportunities in SalesForce for all team members

  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate professional experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in creative/ad/media agency in a sales or admin support role, may include internships

  • A team player with high level of dedication

  • Must be a problem solver – this position requires the ability to think critically and independently to avoid/resolve problems.

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be detail-oriented, well-organized and able to set priorities under pressure.

  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time.

  • Must be creative-minded self-starter who can multi-task well.

  • Must be able to work approximately 24 hours/week

  • Must be fluent in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint


  • Previous experience with invoicing/billing coordination

  • Prior experience with SalesForce and Sharepoint would be a plus
