Entertainment Trends & Monitoring
Initiate and maintain weekly and monthly recaps for all team projects
Monitor and keep abreast of industry news and trends report updates to team
Talent/Influencer Buying & Talent/Influencer Management
Responsible for the ideation and brainstorming of potential Talent and Influencers for specific Client campaigns
Aggregate submissions for Talent and Influencer personalities from various agencies and present to Client in an impactful way
Draft and update talent and entertainment contracts; input all campaign details into accounting/tracker system
Execute partnerships with talent from post contract phase through campaign completion
Helping team with delivery of celebrity outreaches and mailings
Manage database of talent/influencer research and personalities.
Be proficient in (or comfortable adopting new) Influencer tools such as Tap Influencer and Tagger
Stay apprised of new capabilities that are announced on existing social media platforms as well as new emerging social media platforms that are gaining popularity
Follow social media influencer personalities across multiple social platforms
Help support the logistics (travel, shipping product, etc) to Talent/Influencers for a specific Campaign or Program.
Overall Team Support
Ongoing research support for the team including but not limited to: talent, digital influencers and entertainment events
Participate in conference calls with event planners, studios, talent managers; responsible for comprehensive notes and reporting back to team members
Prepare and submit proposal decks in a timely manner
Assist with research and PowerPoint decks for new business opportunities and client presentations
Knowledge of the entertainment industry and will have internship or working experience in marketing, public relations, television production or event management
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field
Two or more years of experience in an agency or similar position in a non-agency setting
Knowledge of various social media tools and programs; monitors and reads online/ news and blogs daily
Excellent writing skills required
Excel skills and comfort with spreadsheets
Understanding of/interest in social media metrics and analytics
Ability to learn, understanding and following the budgeting and billing procedures required by Ketchum and our clients
