Job Description

This position will work directly with Content Marketing team who create develop/create social media content, video, photography, copywriting, and visual strategy and graphic design by in-house graphic designers and external agencies. Team members work with internal storytellers for major campaigns/stories, and members of the engagement team who amplify content team's output to general channel and customer specific marketing needs. This internship role will report to the Group User Marketing Manager and will be responsible for:

  • Support creation of content as needed and as skillset allows

  • Support of team leader with documentation and workflow mapping of work processes.

  • Market research and collecting internal data to support product launches and story development

  • Market research on systems and tools that support the infrastructure required for publication of content. Population of content in such systems.

  • Budget tracking and support with placing purchase orders for services and materials needed

  • Support with monthly reporting, KPI tracking, and updating of production/editorial calendars for publication of content and social media for main

  • Support creation of content as needed and as skillset allows

  • Various other tasks as needed.

Please note, we do not offer housing for this internship.


Required - undergraduate Junior or senior level student studying Digital/Internet Marketing, Marketing, or Communications. Preferred - graduate student in same area of study. Preferred, student in program with required internship as part of degree. Minimum requirement is 3 months in role. Ideally, student would stay a minimum of 6 months.

Software: Required - Intermediate Level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preferred: Knowledge in Photoshop, video editing software, and any other software knowledge in social media management, SEO and Social Media analytic tools.

Previous work experience required; preferred is previous internship experience in corporate environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Team oriented, able to work in cross-functional team environment

  • Ability to react quickly to changes, able to multitask and keep multiple projects running concurrently. Ability to manage multiple project timelines successfully.

  • Must have strong organizational skills and be self-driven and proactive. Must be able to problem solve and present proposed solutions when faced with challenges.

  • Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen and a background check.

  • Familiarity and/or personal use of various social media platforms

  • Position only open to students who will not now, nor in the future require sponsorship to work in the US
