Marketing company in Miami looking for a communications assistant! The Communications Assistant works within the Communications Department to coordinate outreach activities. This professional will support a variety of communications functions, content development, event planning, social networking and general communications tasks. They will have an integral role in executing the Foundation's communications strategy through a variety of methods, including public relations, media relations, advertising and digital marketing. Event Planning Support ? Assist with the planning and execution of Foundation events involving external audiences, including production of invitations and coordinating catering, walk-throughs, signage production and communications needs. ? Coordinate logistics for events, including pre-event set up, guest lists, speakers/presentations coordination, signage installation and on on-site support. Foundation Communications Support ? Manage administrative needs for the Communications Department, including submitting invoices, coordinating the department's weekly production schedule and the senior director's calendar. ? Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external audiences. ? Serve as liaison between departments and the Foundation's Agency of Record to ensure proper flow of information and communication.
