Exact roles and responsibilities may vary across teams but all Events & Experiences Intern roles will include:
Working closely with CNBC Catalyst Production Manager and Events Producers across all event projects
Assisting Event Producers with the production of live events and experiences
Attending live events and supporting the producer with all on the ground activities
Helping the Production Manager to track and file production paperwork; including invoices, purchase orders
Preparing post event reports and case studies
Researching and acquiring attendees for CNBC Catalyst Events
Contributing ideas and research to brainstorms and content pitches
Education & Qualifications
You will be studying or recently graduated with a degree-level or equivalent course, seeking a 12-month internship.
A passion for Broadcasting and Media (particularly an interest in film and/or TV)
Analytical with outstanding attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and ability to effectively prioritise and manage workload
Self-starter & fast learner; ability to work collaboratively within a busy team; work autonomously to deadlines, take initiative & keep calm under
Strong office administration and IT skills; confident/advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)
Excellent communicator (both written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills; confident in communication with senior management
Proactive & enthusiastic; willingness to learn; “can-do” attitude
You must have the right to work in the UK for the duration of the internship
Fluent English. Additional languages may be useful.
