As a key member of the Universal Pictures International Creative Services Team your responsibilities would be:

• Working with third party agencies to maintain the corporate website and also to review and maintain the home page of PUMA, our in-house digital asset management system

• Providing PA support to the SVP Creative Services including diary management, travel arrangements, purchase order administration (including complex monthly invoices for PUMA) and team expenses

• Assisting the Creative Services and Creative Advertising team with the raising of all departmental purchase orders as well as subsequent invoice coding approval. Managing the record keeping of all purchase orders issued by supplier in order to report back to team members and management when required. Liaison with finance and Accounts Payable regarding invoice coding and budgeting queries especially in regard to the processing of shipping invoices

• Supporting the Creative Services team with the centralised on line breaks process; to include the collation of digital technical specifications received from the territories to ensure that all materials are delivered to the correct spec and within local deadlines

• Assisting the creative teams with ad hoc analysis and research projects and support for the Creative Services Co-ordinator in the monitoring of the return of Hard Drives from local territories

• Overseeing of UPI’s marketing materials archive, monitoring of costs and management of material movements and destruction

Education and Qualifications

• You will be currently studying or recently graduated with a degree-level or equivalent course, seeking a 12 month internship


• Passion for film and media

• Previous work experience in a similar environment

• Analytical with outstanding attention to detail

• Self-starter and fast learner, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills

• Work well as part of a busy team and keep calm under pressure

• Excellent IT skills – knowledge of SAP


• Technical knowledge to include a basic understanding of film and digital formats

• Understanding of and interest in Digital Media


  • Must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship

  • Fluent English is essential; additional languages may be useful
