Research and compile Corporate Real Estate market data via Internet based Real Estate sites
Effectively and professionally communicate both orally and in writing with brokerage firms and when required - contacts at various Business Units regarding Real Estate transactions
Utilize information technology tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to work efficiently and meet all deadlines
Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required Skill Requirements:
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and other data reporting/modeling software
Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Accounting, Finance or related field
Overall GPA of 2.8 or higher
Major GPA of 3.0 or higher
