BDS Marketing, LLC is looking for a Marketing wizard to join our team! This role will be responsible for coordinating department projects and administrative tasks, including social media administration, developing agency sales tools, managing the production process for department orders, and providing clients and internal departments with traditional marketing support. This role will be responsible for ensuring these deliverables are driven to successful on-time completion.


  • Drives marketing projects to completion by ensuring they are on-time in alignment with stated goals

  • Supports social media marketing efforts, including preparing posts, submitting social media graphic requests, and monitoring social media channels

  • Manages sales tools administration: managing new sales tools releases, maintaining sales tool folders, organizing mailing and marketing lists

  • Prepare drafts of various creative and business writing assignments: email blasts, creative briefs, case studies, sales presentations, etc. in partnership with Manager to ensure brand alignment and finalize deliverables

  • Coordinates the production process of orders from start to finish. Managing and sourcing new vendors, obtaining quote information, preparing order paperwork, submitting orders to vendors, completing purchase orders, file order information, ensure orders arrive on-time and are provided to the requestor

  • Manages department administration: meeting planning, inventory monitoring and purchases, subscriptions/dues, file organization and other administrative tasks

  • Other tasks as assigned by Manager


  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business preferred

  • Minimum 1 year working experience in an administrative or coordinator role. Extensive office internship experience may be considered

  • Background in marketing coordination or presentation building is preferred

  • Knowledge of marketing and retail is preferred

  • Experience working in a self-directed environment


  • Professional verbal, written communication and active listening skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, helpful attitude

  • Ability to proofread and edit

  • Strong planning and organizational skills

  • Detail oriented and driven to attain accuracy in work quality

  • Demonstrate flexibility to accept new responsibilities, respond positively to management direction and adapt to different situations in a fast-paced environment

  • Possess a strong work ethic and high level of professional integrity

  • High level of initiative and self-motivation with the drive to learn

  • Sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality

  • Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint skills required
