The Role:

We are looking for a Recruiting Program Manager to help drive sourcing initiatives that build brand recognition across campuses and other diverse recruitment channels. Within our organization, our recruiting efforts are driving positive results, but we need someone to scale them and align them to an overall recruiting strategy that exemplifies the Live Nation brand and enhances our recruiting opportunities to support each of our divisions resource needs. This role offers a great opportunity for an individual who has the ability to partner at all levels in a dynamic, highly matrixed organization and can assess, make recommendations and deploy recruitment program enhancements that make an impact across each of our unique businesses.

Reporting to the VP, Talent, Operations & HR Effectiveness, you will have the opportunity to drive best practices across campus & entry-level recruiting activities, seek out new sourcing tools & technologies, and support our divisional HR teams meeting their hiring goals.

Responsibilities:

Campus Relations & Event Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with college campus representatives, faculty and student groups across the country, and coordinate recruiting events

  • Build out quarterly campus recruiting schedules, aligning with those that already exist in each division, and leveraging campus relationships to achieve program & hiring objectives

  • Build and deploy new campus & internship programs and align them to our talent pipeline strategy

  • Collaborate with Diversity & Recruiting teams to build and leverage relationships with diversity organizations for candidate sourcing

  • Track, analyze, and report metrics for campus recruiting efforts (i.e. event costs, overview of yearly events, breakdown of candidate slate, diversity metrics, etc.)

Employer Brand & Social Media

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to discover the true LNE Employee Value Proposition, and build a plan to leverage that brand in our sourcing efforts

  • Evaluate and redesign the LNE careers page to capture all Division brands under the LNE umbrella and draw candidates in

  • Partner with Recruiters and Talent Development team to build collateral for LNE talent brand for campus and recruiting events

  • Drive the effort to evolve Live Nation’s employer brand across social media platforms, in partnership with the Corporate Communications team

  • Monitor social platforms (i.e. Glassdoor) for employee sentiment and build and execute review response strategy

Recruiting Technology Enhancement

  • Serve as the functional lead for Recruiting technology enhancements

  • Provide best-practice consultation for hiring manager training and partner with Talent Development team to create training content for Division Recruiters to leverage

  • Define Recruiting technology improvements to increase the collection of accurate and timely metrics to drive decision making

  • Partner with our HR Technology team to build and deliver training for our applicant tracking system

Reporting & Analytics

  • Partner cross-functionally to derive data and insights from key enterprise Recruiting metrics & consult with Diversity team on insights

  • Provide insight into top talent sourcing best/next practices and trends based on data analysis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field

  • 3+ years of campus/recruiting operations functional expertise

  • Ability to influence business leaders/key stakeholders without direct reporting lines

  • Have successfully led the campus recruiting programs and hold solid knowledge of on-campus schedules and ‘rules of engagement’

  • Have led a formal internship program that resulted in a pipeline of candidates for future roles

  • Ability to provide data-inspired recommendations related to recruiting strategies and goals (leveraging Excel skills)


  • Applicant tracking system experience, Workday a plus

  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively

  • Communicates in a courteous, articulate, and professional manner, and know how / when to adapt your communication to fit your audience

  • Flexibility to work outside of typical office hours as necessary
