House of Blues LNDNA Intern in Hollywood, California

Job Summary:

The Role:

House of Blues Entertainment is looking for an intern to join our Touring Department for LNDNA (Live Nation’s Artist Development team) and One’s to Watch (Live Nation’s music discovery platform).

Responsibilities:

  • Research talent, attend local shows, and pitch emerging artists/bands

  • Track and regularly update venue and LNDNA artist trackers

  • Stay up to date with emerging artists, pop culture news, and trends in media/technology

  • Curate one-­‐sheets and presentations on the LNDNA roster of artists

Qualifications:

  • High proficiency in written and verbal communications

  • High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop (video editing and graphic design is a plus!)

  • Basic understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising, as well as an understanding of media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements

  • Student (Undergraduate/Graduate) *must provide proof of academic credit for the duration of the internship

  • Passionate about Music and Artists!
