Experian Community Manager Internship in Heredia, Costa Rica

Description

Communications internship to educate and engage internal groups in support of the Site’s communication strategy. Main support will be based in external press channels to position and showcase Experian Costa Rica services and products through social medial platforms, among others.

Team player across multiple business units on the development and delivery content to expand our audience beyond local scope.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and perform social media strategies in collaboration with the Costa Rica communication strategy for diverse programs and campaigns.

  • Research and coach the diversity of social media platforms for Experian Costa Rica

  • Showcase Experian Costa Rica culture through different social media concepts.

  • Support current social media accounts for Experian Costa Rica

  • Keep a close communication with external stakeholders through social media

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

Basic qualifications

  • High School Diploma required

  • Active students with 80% or more of their degree completed with Community Management or related field.

  • General knowledge of photography concepts

  • Advanced verbal and written knowledge of the English and Spanish languages

  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms

  • Team Player

Desired qualifications

  • Experience in content editing and publication production.

  • Microsoft SharePoint Design basic knowledge

  • Knowledge of Experian’s products and services
