Ubisoft is looking for a UK Digital Marketing Exec to join its dynamic UK Marketing team, reporting to a Digital Manager and supporting the Marketing Team across a broad portfolio of titles.
The role of the UK Digital Marketing Exec is primarily to assist the Digital Managers in the planning and implementation of UK digital marketing plans for our range of videogames.
Candidates must have excellent organizational skills, a proactive/can-do attitude and ideally a passion for the gaming, social media trends and the entertainment industry. The successful candidate will also be someone who would like to learn and grow into the role, gaining experience across a broad spectrum of digital marketing activities (e.g. social media, influencers, digital content creation, buzz tracking, activity optimisation, general admin and reporting)
An involvement in social media and an understanding of how to communicate in the digital space is also desirable. Should be familiar with, and a regular user of the leading social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Snapchat).

*Main Missions and Responsibilities:*
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES; Reports to the Digital Manager
*1) Localisation Of Digital Marketing Assets: *Responsible for reviewing all digital marketing assets are correctly localised.
*2) Influencers: *Support the Digital Manager in monitoring, reviewing & evaluating appropriate influencers across relevant digital platforms (e.g. Youtube, Twitch, Facebook, Twitter, etc…)
*3) Social Media Messaging Management: *Assist the Digital Manager to defining the tone of voice and content calendar on key brands.
4) Tracking links.
*5) Buzz Tracking: *Manage Buzz Tracking for the key brands in the portfolio.
6) Ubisoft Store Digital Marketing Support.
SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES; Reports to the Digital Manager
*1) Marketing Campaign Management Support: *Support the Digital Manager across campaign planning and implementation.
*2) Digital Marketing Team Support: *Assist Digital Marketing Team in admin-based tasks day-to-day.
Educated to degree level (desirable)
Willingness and interest to progress in marketing & PR communications
PC literate – Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational skills, ability to juggle many tasks at once
Strong interpersonal skills
Effective communicator – especially excellent social media copy writing skills (essential)
Keen interest in videogames and the broad entertainment industry
Understanding of social media and how to communicate in the digital space (desirable)
Basic understanding of the principles of e-commerce (desirable)
