They assist with the development of a talent pipeline for the company, administrative tasks, HR initiative rollouts, project work and other support as needed within the team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Utilizes recruitment tools such as social media platforms, and the DSV Employee Central applicant tracking system to connect candidates and potential candidates with DSV. * Schedules and coordinates interviews with candidates and applicable team members by phone and/or email. * Assists with the maintenance of employee files (scanning, uploading documents to HRIS system). * Assists with project work as needed. * Assists with special events and/or employee engagement activities and their planning. * Enters basic employment information into HRIS system with accuracy and in a timely manner. * Assists with other office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors and placing office supply orders. OTHER DUTIES * Performs other duties as required. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES (IF ANY) * None MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education and/or Experience * High school diploma * 6 months experience or internship completion in a Human Resources role or function. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES Computer Skills * Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) * General computer knowledge and navigation capabilities.
