Essential Functions:

  • Works with the HR team to design and implement employee engagement social media strategy.

  • Develops and maintains an employee engagement social media content calendar.

  • Gathers content from field leadership teams regarding employee celebrations, service awards, customer compliments, and peer recognition.

  • Drafts and publishes original, high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for social channels including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Ensures brand consistency.

  • Suggests and implements promotions and competitions.to develop employee awareness.

  • Monitors and evaluates performance across the company's social channels in order to improve engagement.

  • Monitors competitor social activity.

  • Produces reports on performance.

  • Communicates with followers, responds to queries in a timely manner and monitors employee reviews.

  • Stays up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media.

  • Tracks, prioritizes, and finishes duties and projects as required and assigned in an efficient and timely manner.

  • Returns all emails and voice mails within 24 hours.

  • Deals with interruptions and successfully manages multiple tasks.

  • Maintains behaviors and actions consistent with the company‚Äôs values and standards.

  • Continuously looks for ways to increase professional development.

  • Works additional hours as needed.

  • Regular and punctual attendance.

  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Must be enrolled or in pursuit of a bachelor degree at an accredited institution and a current class standing of junior or above.

  • Must be willing to work in Golden, CO

  • Must have samples of work and links to social media accounts to be considered.

  • 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office.

  • General knowledge and curiosity for social media marketing trends.

  • Strong and focused personal social media presence.
