LGS Innovations is a U.S.-owned company headquartered in Herndon, Virginia, with offices nationwide.Roles and Responsibilities:Development of job/program specific recruiting plansDirect Sourcing by methods of: networking sites, events, referrals, job fairs, external and internal websites, cold calling, email marketing, etc.Document and maintain all required documentation and ensure adherence to all recruitment policies and proceduresPre-screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and customers while serving as LGS point of contact with applicants until the job is closed and the applicant is on boardedServe as recruiting liaison with customers ensuring correct submission of applicants (LGS or Subcontractor/Partner submissions), interview follow up and eventual placement on contractsBuild, manage and maintain resume database with pipelined candidatesBuild and manage applicant benchCoordinate applicant activities with other LGS RecruitersMinimum QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:Knowledge of Microsoft software applications and other software applications as requiredPrevious experience managing large databasesPrevious experience with applicant tracking systemsExcellent knowledge of social media and social media marketingWorking knowledge of employment laws and OFCCP regulationsMust be detail orientedDemonstrated project management experienceProven ability to successfully interact with all levels of employees and customersProven ability to juggle multiple prioritiesPreferred QualificationsAbility to work 12-8 pm 2 or 3 days a weekLGS StatementLGS Innovations delivers mission-critical communications products, R&D, and supporting services to U.S. defense, intelligence, and civilian agencies and commercial customers around the world.
