WHAT YOU'LL DO
Engage with various stakeholders to support communications for SAP Global HR Chief Operations Office programs and initiatives
Help drive the change management process for new topics in the organization by creating communications collateral, e.g.:
Carry out interviews, write blogs and emails for a global SAP audience (employees and managers)
Create internal marketing material for new programs and projects
Create and post social media content for strategic communications campaigns
Support communications in creating and maintaining One HR ‘look and feel’ for HR material that is leveraged through SAP communication channels
Assist in creating and maintaining Power Point and Excel documents to document and track projects
The intern will have the opportunity to:
Work hand-in-hand with the Global HR Communications on strategic projects
Learn about how global programs are communicated within a large, multinational company
Expand their personal/business network
Understand how a multinational company is organized
Obtain insight into what kind of opportunities are available for careers in a large company
Bring innovative ideas into Global HR Communications
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Global Human Resources (HR) organization is responsible for the entire “employee experience”. From recruiting, to employee goal-setting, to benefits and compensation, to learning, to change management, Global HR drives many of the processes and programs that shape SAP employees’ careers and keep them motivated to produce high-quality and innovative results for SAP’s customers.
Our team is dedicated to communicating HR programs, initiatives, and operations to Global SAP HR, and to all global employees and managers. We work collaboratively and virtually, with core team members in Germany, US, India, Australia, and Dublin. We also have an extended team that covers all HR areas and have built trusted cross-functional relationships with teams across the world.
WHO YOU ARE
A student who is actively enrolled during the time of the internship is a must.
We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design or another related subject
Experience with Powerpoint and Word a must
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Displaying professionalism and superior communication skills
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible, eager to learn
