Develop clean, usable copy and other types of content for internal and public-facing digital and print publications and channels, including customer and employee newsletters, digital and social media, and various types of digital and print communication tools. Develop content in various formats based on appropriateness of the channel and audience, including infographics/animated gifs, presentations, content for employee based digital signage and social media, including video, audio, etc. as appropriate. Assist with the development of various UGI Communications plans, tools, and resources, with particular focus on the categorization, organization, and maintenance of UGI's image library and Communications archives. Provide support for Community Relations-sponsored events and projects as needed. Other responsibilities as directed. Principal Accountabilities: Develop clean, usable copy and other types of content for internal and public-facing digital and print publications and channels, including customer and employee newsletters, digital and social media, and various types of digital and print communication tools. Develop content in various formats based on appropriateness of the channel and audience, including infographics/animated gifs, presentations, content for employee based digital signage and social media, including video, audio, etc. as appropriate. Assist with the development of various UGI Communications plans, tools, and resources, with particular focus on the categorization, organization, and maintenance of UGI's image library and Communications archives. Provide support for Community Relations-sponsored events and projects as needed. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Impeccable writing and proofreading skills: ability to produce high-quality, accurate content efficiently and on-deadline. Ability to write and create content in varying formats, including punchy, engaging copy for social media and online channels, corporate-style documents (e.g. memos and announcements), blog posts, and visual content such as infographics and PowerPoint presentations. Graphic Design and content production and editing skills, preferably Adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier), Office 365, Wordpress and similar web-based applications. Understanding of social media channels, social media management tools, and social media campaign management/measurement; ability to create professional, engaging content for use in various di
