Responsibilities may include: event timeline updates, menu selection, room set-up, shipping & meeting material management, audio visual management
Event registration, Cvent support
Responsibilities may include: hotel rooming list management, attendee management, data crosscheck, name badge & welcome packet management, air travel and transportation arrangements
Office administrative duties may include: office supply ordering, team meeting minutes, scheduling
Exposure to all of Unbridled departments, including; Creative, Content, Transportation, Air, Production, Media and Gifts
Recommended Qualifications: ?
Excellent computer skills ? Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
Effective, professional communication skills - written, presentation, client contact
Ability to provide outstanding client service at all times, including under tight deadlines

Knowledge with registration/attendee management software a plus, but not required
