Marketing Internship Program
This Internship gives you an outstanding opportunity to learn about Ford Motor Company and the Marketing & Sales Team. The Internship is formed around critical questions and workstreams the Company needs. As such, they challenge you to demonstrate strong business acumen and technical skills, and the results often have enduring impact on the Company.
The Marketing internship program is designed to bring high talent into the company for critical work projects in key functional areas including: Brand Management, Field Sales & Service Operations, Consumer Marketing, the Digital Consumer Experience, and more.
A Field Zone Manager is the main interface with a group of dealers in a geographical region or zone and is responsible for assisting the Region in the areas of wholesaling vehicles, parts, and service. Strategically leveraging skills in digital marketing, profit optimization, and business growth is key to being successful in these roles.
Consumer Marketing represents all consumer-facing marketing efforts and the proper analysis to ensure high rate of return on investment. Marketers in these roles use data to truly understand the needs of the consumer and are able to create business solutions that meet those needs.
The Digital Consumer Experience represents the FordPass Marketplace and the transformation of the consumer experience in the digital and retail environments. As the automotive industry evolves to offering more digital services that align with the consumer’s mobility needs, this team supports Fords innovative efforts in that area.

Social Media Marketing
During your internship, our goal is to get to know you as a potential future full time employee as well as a customer. We will evaluate your skills and enable you to generate results that will help us propel our business. Junior-level class standing
Bachelor Degree in the following fields of study
Business (Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, etc.)
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be available for full-time employment by September 2019.
Openings for these programs are available primarily in Michigan, but also throughout the United States. You must be willing to relocate for the summer.
