Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:
Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Departments
Attend and assist with event planning and on-site set up/tear down of regional alumni functions, employee recognition events, facility/program open houses and conferences
Create, proof, edit and order facility and marketing print materials, marketing items and employee uniforms upon request according to established deadlines and budgets
Submit approved vendor invoices and check requests to various departments for processing and payment
Inventory, prepare and ship items and print marketing materials to marketers, conference venues, referral sources and facility directors upon request and according to established deadlines and budgets
Communicate professionally and productively with print, graphic arts and material order vendors and sales and marketing staff regarding samples, proofs, pricing, gifts, material and personalization options, etc.
Accurately compile and routinely update contact information and mailing lists for individual marketers, alumni, press/media outlets and referral sources for print and digital reports and correspondence
Complete and confirm conference registrations
Receive, QC and process and inventory incoming shipments
Credit card statement reconciliation
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
In-house printing and folding of print materials
Light filing, copying and scanning
Inventory and order general office products
Other duties as assigned
Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and quality outcomes. Background in graphic design, print production, website development, SEO, PPC and social media marketing a plus .Ability to meet tight project deadlines. Ability to multi-task, work independently, dependable, demonstrate creativity, trustworthiness, common sense, logical, reasonable problem-solving approach, self-accountability, resourcefulness, initiative, analytical ability, professionalism, dependability, a positive attitude, eager to learn and attempt new tasks.

1-2 years in sales, marketing and/or advertising an asset. Internship experience and previous entry level experience will be considered working experience. High school diploma required, some college education preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Publisher and PowerPoint. Knowledge of/experience with Smartsheet, Photoshop, InDesign, Google AdWords and WordPress a plus.
