This position supports multiple Discovery Inc. brands.Responsibilities1. Develop strategic media plans based on to clients' marketing goals2. Optimize campaigns for full delivery by monitoring daily delivery of all campaigns running on SNI brands and associated networks3. Interface with key stake holders including agencies, other sales offices, Marketing, Research, and Creative Services departments4. Fulfill RFP and process insertion orders, secure creative & inventory by deadline and manage digital production5. Manage post-sales operations ensuring on-time start6. Work with ad agencies, clients and internal sales team to gather advertising campaign assets7. Prioritize and communicate needs with Account Executives, managers and internal departments8. Complete monthly billing/invoicing inputs for each order line9. Develop post-mortem of major campaigns - detail delivery, successes, and areas of improvement10. Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues and correct any under/over delivery11. Reduce out of period accounting adjustments12. Provide clients with weekly updates on campaign progress with commentaryRequirements* Bachelor degree in a numerical discipline or equivalent years of analytical experience* Ability to understand and interpret trends and react with strategic/tactical changes* Strong analytical, communication and time management skills* Good technical skills and knowledge of MS office, specifically Excel* Knowledge of industry technologies (Ad serving, Operative, Salesforce)* Ability to work face-to-face and electronically (e.g. telephone, e-mail, IM, social media)* Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment* Ability to lead and work with a diverse team* 1 year of professional experience or equivalent internship experience* Must have the legal right to work in the United StatesChicago, Illinois, ILOptionsApply for this job onlineApplyShareRefer this job to a friendReferSorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
