Corvus Insurance Marketing Associate in Boston, Massachusetts

Our fast-growing startup is seeking a versatile and energetic Marketing Associate to become an instrumental part of the Corvus marketing team. Based in our downtown Boston headquarters you will touch every aspect of marketing and be part of a company that is changing commercial insurance.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager on producing and publishing content for: social media, content marketing/thought leadership, email marketing and sales materials. You will also help to manage PR and events, reporting, and generally make the marketing operation tick.

Duties include:

  • Social Media management, including drafting posts and working with the Marketing Manager on developing strategies to increase engagement

  • Content marketing and email marketing management, including managing our content calendar, drafting posts and emails, reporting on results and helping source ideas and material from subject matter experts at Corvus

  • Liaising with reporters and editors to help get the Corvus message out to the world, as well as with event/conference organizers

  • Gathering analytics and reporting on the success of campaigns across the digital marketing operation

  • Helping to produce new materials for the sales team, as well as updating and refining existing materials


You are:

  • An excellent writer, with experience writing in a business context a plus

  • A savvy user of digital tools. A plus for experience with software such as: marketing automation (Hubspot), content management (Wordpress), Google Analytics, InDesign and/or Photoshop, and Excel

  • Detail-oriented and a lover of task management: you live by checklists and calendars

  • Outgoing, energetic, independent; always seeking to push through roadblocks to advance projects and looking ahead for what’s next

  • A college graduate with 1-2 years of professional experience, or compelling internship experience
