This is an ongoing internship with regular business hours (Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm), prior to event season, from March through mid November. Event season typically requires 2-3 weekends per month, in which the Intern would receive days of during the week to counteract required weekend and evening availability. HealthPartners is currently seeking a Care Delivery Marketing Intern to join the Community Engagement and Sponsorship team. This team is responsible for researching, planning, executing, attending and recapping sponsor and community engagement events, such as Veggie Giveaways, community festivals, community parades, and clinic open houses. Schedule: 40 hours/week with varying days and hours dependent on event schedules. Role of department: The Community Engagement and Sponsorship team is responsible for the research, planning, strategy, and execution of all marketing materials and event execution at our community events. Accountabilities: An intern will assist team members with the following types of accountabilities and projects: Leverage key partnerships across the organization including community relations, communications, web and mobile, social media teams to deliver engaging event experiences. Be a brand ambassador leader for HealthPartners and Park Nicollet at all events Development of research decks supporting various healthcare businesses and events Leverage Event planning and execution Assisting planning team with research and marketing projects at various stages Write creative briefs and manage jobs in Work Front Support planning team on large scale sponsorship projects as needed Create detailed recaps of events Manage small scale marketing project requests from planning team or business partners Administrative tasks such as filing, making copies, editing PowerPoint presentations, organizing event materials, inventorying event supplies and other tasks as needed by the planning team.
