The goal of the Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) is to develop future HR leaders who have a well-rounded understanding of the HR function through robust experiences with breadth, depth and leadership, and through mentorship and development.
The HRLDP internship offers you the opportunity to gain experience in one of our HR Communities of Expertise, within our HR Operations team, or supporting a direct business unit. You will be given an opportunity to create a compelling strategy and drive differentiated results during your project.
Project assignments may be in areas such as:
Communities of Expertise: Performance Management Refresh, Employee Value Proposition
Business HR: Diversity & Inclusion, Organizational Effectiveness
HR Operations: Project Management, Total Rewards Strategy
Minimum Background and Experiences
Progress in MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor and Industrial Relations, or related area with an anticipated completion date in May 2020
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
3-5 years of relevant work experience in Consulting, Strategy, Human Resources or other field of Business
Progressive work experience with demonstrated leadership and change management capabilities
Preferred Background and Experiences
Demonstrated analytical mindset and applications
Ability to mentor and coach others
This position is located at our global headquarters in Saint Joseph and Benton Harbor, Michigan - a breathtaking vacation community on 40 miles of Lake Michigan beachfront, where swimming, sailing, kayaking, waterskiing, boating, and beach volleyball are abundant.
